May 12 by 11:59 pm - Deadline to register online, fax, or email
May 13 - Deadline to register to vote by mail (must be postmarked by this date)

Early voting for Primaries begins at county voter registration offices and other early voting centers.
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday).
Closed weekends and state holidays.
Polls are open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Anyone in line at 7 p.m. will be allowed to vote.

Valid SC Driver's License or DMV ID. If you have moved, you must first update your address with DMV.
The official paperwork you were given at the time of your completion of sentence.
Can’t find your paperwork? You may request a letter on official letterhead from the Oconee County Probation and Parole office stating that you have completed your sentence even if you completed your parole or probation in another county,
